(last song on program 4)

Case jacket is grey with Pontiac and Capitol emblems at front top and "A Continuous-Play Stereo Cartridge" at front bottom.   The back side of the case jacket has warranty information and both sides of the case have "Enjoy The New Sound Of Pontiac Stereo".   Front label is white with songs listed in red with Pontiac emblem in upper left in red and Capitol/Creative Products emblems in upper right in black.  Back label is white with red border with black Capitol/Creative Products emblems in center and red Pontiac emblem directly below it.  The last song on program 4 is "Spanish Flea" from Billy May.  This song was replaced by the "Breakaway Theme" also for the model year 1969 tape directly below that shares the same recoding company catalog and Pontiac part numbers.  That is the only difference in the two tapes.  Another case design variation exists for this tape with indentations rather then finger tabs.  The warranty is for one year from the date this cartridge is delivered by an authorized Pontiac dealer.  The 1968 and 1969 case jackets are the same.
